Description
Woven in the Swiss Alps since 1864
Weseta makes the Dreampure towel in Engi, a small village in the Swiss canton of Glarus. The company has woven textiles there since 1864. Today, it is the only terry weaving mill in Switzerland.
Every towel is woven, sewn and finished in Glarus. In addition, the weaving machines run on clean energy from Weseta’s own hydropower plant.
Soft, light and absorbent
Dreampure is made from 100% cotton terry with a weight of 450 g/m². Weseta uses a lightly twisted yarn, so the loops stay soft and open. As a result, the towel takes up water quickly but still feels light in your hands.
A clean, timeless look
The towel has no woven border. Instead, the edges are simply hemmed, which gives it a calm look in any bathroom. Weseta developed the line together with Christian Fischbacher, the Swiss textile house.
