Delivery and payment
How fast do you deliver?
In Tbilisi, we deliver within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend arrive on Monday. Outside Tbilisi, we deliver to all regions of Georgia within 5 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in Tbilisi is free for orders from 500 GEL. For the regions, the price depends on the city. Call us and we will tell you the exact cost. More in our delivery rules.
Do you bring the mattress into the bedroom?
Yes. Our team carries mattresses, beds and other large items into your room and puts them in place. Please make sure the way to the room is clear.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes, on request. Tell us when you order, and we will take the old mattress away when we deliver the new one.
How can I pay?
On the website, you pay by card. If you order by phone or WhatsApp, you can pay by bank transfer.
Trying before you buy
Can I try a mattress or pillow at home before I buy?
Yes. To arrange it, visit our showroom or call us.
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Our consultants in the showroom will ask how you sleep and help you choose the right mattress, pillow and duvet. You can lie down on every mattress and take as long as you need.
Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. You can exchange any unused, undamaged product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please bring your receipt. Each product can be exchanged once, for any other model on the website or in the showroom.
Can I return a product and get my money back?
Refunds are only for products with a manufacturing defect. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and keep your receipt and the original packaging. We refund within 5 working days after we check the product. See our returns policy.
Showroom and brands
Where is your showroom and when is it open?
Our two showrooms are side by side at 24 Irakli Abashidze Street, Vake, Tbilisi. We are open Monday to Friday 10:30–20:00, and Saturday and Sunday 11:00–20:00.
Which brands do you sell?
More than 30 brands from Europe and Japan, including TEMPUR, Auping, Dorelan, Frette, Abyss & Habidecor and Feiler. See them all on our brands page.
Do you work with hotels?
Yes. We supply hotels across Georgia with Italian mattresses, pillows, bed linen, towels and bathrobes, and we can add your logo to the linen. See our page for hotels.
