Cotton and linen are among the most skin-friendly natural fibres — but standard detergents treat them with the same aggressive chemistry applied to synthetic workwear, stripping their natural fibre balance and leaving residues in contact with the skin at every night’s sleep. Intervall Tenetex is a specialist washing concentrate developed specifically for cotton, linen, and ramie — natural fibres that benefit from a gentler, more targeted approach.
Tenetex contains no artificial or aggressive cleaning agents, no optical brighteners, and no bleaching agents. This means colours stay radiant and fresh wash after wash — without the progressive fading that optical brighteners and bleach accelerate. The natural balance of the cotton and linen fibre is preserved rather than stripped.
The more frequently a textile is in direct skin contact — bed linen, pillowcases, duvet covers — the greater the benefit of using a skin-compatible detergent. Tenetex cleans gently but thoroughly, with pre-treatment capability for stains (apply a few drops, leave 15 minutes, then wash). Washing temperatures up to 60°C.
Available in a perfume-free version for allergy sufferers — ensuring the skin is exposed only to the pure, natural fibre. Suitable for both hand and machine washing. Produced in Germany by Intervall since 1955.
