You can place this topper on any mattress in good condition — no special base or bed frame is required.
For best results, TEMPUR® recommends a slatted base with slat spacing of no more than 3.5cm. A topper placed on a worn-out or excessively soft mattress will not deliver the same results as one placed on a structurally sound surface — the underlying support influences how the TEMPUR® material responds to your body.
