A small amount of elastane is the ideal complement to high-quality knitwear.
Just imagine straightening out your sheets, wrapping corners securely, and tucking the fabric under your mattress with ease. The sheet fits tightly to the mattress without creating a single fold, because after stretching the material quickly returns to its original state. And all this thanks to the perfect combination of elasticity and resilience.
Formesse offers three types of sheets depending on the height of your mattress:
Standard sheets fit mattresses up to 30cm high;
La Piccola sheets fit toppers up to 10cm high;
Alto sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 45cm high.
Extensively tested materials with quality certificate
Cotton yarn is one of the most in demand in the world, but cotton, unfortunately, does not grow in Germany. Therefore, Formesse purchases cotton yarn and super-thin elastane thread from trusted German dealers. Then, already in Germany, knitted sheets are knitted from the purchased yarn, dyed and complemented with trim. About 95% of Formesse products are manufactured in Germany. A small but still very important part of the production is produced in a family-owned enterprise in Slovakia.
All Formesse products are tested for harmful substances and certified by OEKO-TEX® Service GmbH.
