Product return conditions

We accept returns only for defective products. A product may be returned if it has a manufacturing defect. To request a return, the customer must:

• Report the defect within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Return the product in its original packaging.

Refunds for defective items will be processed within 5 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Exchange Conditions

We accept exchanges for any unused and undamaged product.

To request an exchange, the customer must:

• Submit the exchange request within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Products can be exchanged one time only. Exchanges can be made for any other model available on the website or in our physical store.
