Product return conditions

• The minimum value of one product purchased online should be at least 30 GEL
• The product purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, based on the presentation of the receipt and only if the product has not been opened and used.
• Purchased products can be exchanged only once
• The product must be presented in its original packaging.
• The product can be exchanged for any other model on the site
• The cost of the products will be reimbursed in no more than 5 working days.
